To access the services provided by our website you must be of legal age or have the capacity to act in accordance with the law. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using this site, and by booking any service with SantoMax Tours & Transfer, you accept the following terms and conditions in full, without limitation or qualification

Protection of Information & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork and computer code (collectively, ‘Content’), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, ‘look and feel’ and arrangement of such Content contained on this site, is owned by or licensed to SantoMax.com and is protected by copyright, trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

You may download Content displayed on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices on downloaded Content. You may not reproduce, republish, post, publicly display, transmit or distribute any Content unless expressly permitted in these Terms or elsewhere on the site

Payments, Modifications, Refunds & Cancellations

SantoMax.com accepts payments by Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. A deposit — usually 25% of the total amount — is required to secure a reservation. This will appear as SantoMax.com on your Credit Card or PayPal statement. The remaining balance is due at the end of the tour or cruise and can be paid by cash or credit card (if requested in advance). If you wish to pay the full amount in advance, please let us know at the time of booking

Booking Modifications

All requests for booking modifications must be submitted by email to info@santomax.com at least 72 hours (three days) before your confirmed tour or cruise date and time. Subject to availability, SantoMax.com will not charge any fee for modifications made within this timeframe

Cancellation Policy — Tours & Cruises

The following cancellation policy applies to all tours, cruises and experiences booked with SantoMax.com:

  • Cancellation more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund, minus a 10% processing and payment fee.
  • Cancellation between 72 hours and 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled date: No refund. 100% of the total amount is due.
  • No Show: If a customer does not arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, SantoMax.com will consider this a No Show and cancel the booking with no refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@santomax.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The date and time of the email received by SantoMax.com will be used to determine which cancellation policy applies

⚠️  Please note: Cancellation policies for bookings made through third-party platforms (Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor Experiences) are governed by the terms of those platforms and may differ from the above.

Vouchers & Booking Confirmations

Upon completion of payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and voucher by email within 24 hours. This voucher must be presented to your SantoMax guide at the start of the tour or cruise. The voucher contains all relevant details about your booking — including the meeting point, date, time and services included. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully upon receipt.

Customer Conduct & Safety

SantoMax.com reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove from any tour or cruise, any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate by the SantoMax guide or driver. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Customers are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and health before booking activities such as hiking tours. SantoMax.com recommends that customers with pre-existing medical conditions consult their doctor before participating in physically demanding activities. By booking, customers confirm they are in suitable health to participate

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

SantoMax.com, its agents, representatives and contractors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God or government, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labour disputes, strikes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, theft, epidemics, pandemics, medical or customs regulations, technical problems with transport, airport closures, machinery breakdown, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other force majeure event.

SantoMax.com’s total liability to any customer in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total price paid by that customer for the relevant service

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure — including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, volcanic activity, civil unrest, government restrictions or any other circumstance beyond SantoMax.com’s reasonable control — SantoMax.com reserves the right to cancel, modify or substitute any booked service.

In such cases, SantoMax.com will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative date, substitute service or partial credit. However, where force majeure makes performance of the service impossible, SantoMax.com’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred

Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

SantoMax.com is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek and EU data protection law. By making a booking with SantoMax.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as necessary to fulfil your booking and provide our services.

Withdrawal & Access

SantoMax.com reserves the right, without notice, to modify these Terms and Conditions or to suspend user access to the website. Continued use of the website following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated term

Applicable Laws & Legal Forum

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared and shall be interpreted under the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to the validity, interpretation, application or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece
